Your brake fluid should be flushed every 30,000 miles with dot 3 brake fluid.

How often should the engine coolant be flushed?
Every vehicle is different; the life expectancy will vary vehicle to vehicle. The owner’s manual will say exactly what that is for your particular vehicle.

Why should I replace my rotors when I replace my brakes?
When installing new pads on a vehicle you should always replace the rotors because installing new pads on old rotors will increase the chance of warping, which can cause a pulsation when braking.
